How we cook

No tricks—just seasoned meat set over split wood and hot coals. The grill’s job is simple: to char, to seal, to make every bite speak of flame.

Our signature trio: chicken, steak and boerewors, served with chakalaka’s spice and the soft, comforting pap every plate needs.
